These terms apply when you use bobbyheberts.com (the “Website”) or send messages to Bobby Hebert’s Cajun Cannon, operated by Cajun Veterans LLC, 4101 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, LA 70002 (“Bobby Hebert’s”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website or messaging us, you agree to them.

We keep the menus, prices, hours and event details on the Website up to date, but they can change without notice and may contain mistakes. The prices and terms we confirm with you at the restaurant, on your receipt or in your event contract are the ones that apply.

Reservations, events and orders through other services

Some features are provided by other companies, for example table reservations (Restaurant Connect), large party request forms (123FormBuilder), online ordering (ChowNow), delivery (Uber Eats), catering (ezCater) and gift cards (GiftFly). When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies also apply. A reservation, event booking or order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us or from that service.

Messaging us, including on Google Search and Maps

You can message Bobby Hebert’s through Google Search and Google Maps. Some of those messages may be answered by an automated assistant that uses the information in our Google Business Profile and on this Website. Automated answers are for general information only and may be incomplete or out of date. For reservations, large parties, private events, catering, allergies or anything important, please confirm with our team by calling (504) 324-6841.

  • A member of our team may read and take over any conversation.
  • Please don’t send payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information by message.
  • Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
  • You can stop at any time by no longer messaging us, or by replying STOP where your messaging app supports it.

Using the Website

The text, photos, logos and other content on the Website belong to Bobby Hebert’s or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but please don’t copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without asking us. Don’t try to disrupt the Website or use it for anything unlawful.

The Website links to other websites, such as social media, maps and our partners. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limits of responsibility

The Website and our automated messaging are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Bobby Hebert’s is not liable for losses that come from using them or relying on information in them. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Louisiana or federal law that cannot be limited.
